Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- 1. No Returns on Delivered Orders: Once a Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid order is successfully delivered and accepted, no returns or monetary refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

- 3. Store Credit: The 20% store credit issued on UPI payments is strictly valid for 30 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
